The demand for skilled employees in the TDWL industries (transportation, logistics, warehousing and distribution) is growing fast! Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska, and Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte, Nebraska, have teamed up to help students develop the skills they need for an exciting career in the transports arena. This program is also dedicated to helping employers find skilled workers who can hit the ground running!
Integral to this training is a new state-of-the-art Mobile Training Lab that puts students virtually behind the controls of a moving computerized truck or train! (Only six of these highly sophisticated Mobile Training Labs exist in the United States!)
